For all commercialized BIOMIMESYS plates in 96-well format, the thickness of hydroscaffolds is 300-400 µm after seeding/rehydration.
BIOMIMESYS® hydroscaffold is porous, and the porosity depends on the reference:. Commercialized BIOMIMESYS plates have an average porosity of 100-200 µm. For specific applications, we can modulate the porosity on demand.
BIOMIMESYS® hydroscaffold plates are sterilized and put under vacuum: they are delivered dehydrated. It is recommended to store the plates at 4°C upon receipt. BIOMIMESYS® hydroscaffolds are stable for 12 months at 4°C, if the packaging is intact.

All commercialized plates are in the 96-well format. For specific formats (e.g. 6-, 12-, 24- and 48-well plates), use this form to explain your need and we will get back to you in a day.
Since BIOMIMESYS® is a versatile technology, we can customize the plates on demand in terms of composition, porosity, stiffness and format. You can use this dedicated form to explain your needs and, of course, we will be happy to help you in your design.

All hydroscaffolds from one plate should be used at the same time, otherwise the remaining ones will get moistured and lose their properties. If you do not need 96 hydroscaffolds, you can order the plates containing only 24 matrices.
All usual analysis techniques tested so far have proven to be compatible with BIOMIMESYS® (microscopy, immunocytochemistry, qPCR, Western blot, ELISA, histological techniques, electron microscopy, flow cytometry, etc.). Is BIOMIMESYS Adipose Tissue suitable for in vivo implantation? If so, should I dissolve the scaffold??
Thanks to the physical properties of BIOMIMESYS hydroscaffold (solid and elastic), the in vivo implantation is possible without dissolution of the hydroscaffold.
