Interestingly, this new workshop will address the engineering challenges related to the design, fabrication and implementation of organ-on-chips (OOC) and microphysiological systems. Among other hot topics, the invited oral contributions, keynote lectures and posters will discuss micro- and nanoengineering, microfluidic systems and 3D cell culture environments.
Given our interest in physiological systems and 3D cell culture models, we are looking forward to attending this conference with a programme that holds much promise! Indeed, we think that OOCs represent the future relevant and predictive models in pathophysiological studies and drug discovery, in all fields!
Will you be at EUROoC meeting ? Why don’t we plan a meeting ?
