We were glad to participate in FIE (Food Ingredients Europe) fair, which took place from the 6th to the 8th of December in Paris (as a new place for the fair France). Elodie attended it as a visitor, allowing us to meet again our usual partners and to meet future ones!
The meeting was organised in Paris Expo Porte de Versailles over 4 halls, representing more than 1000 exhibitors from the food industry and more than 130 countries represented. A large place for a great event!
We enjoyed the atmosphere, the possibility to meet so many people. In particular, Elodie enjoyed the Woman Networking Breakfast organised on the second morning, with inspiring women on the stage to talk about their experience and how to get the industry more inclusive – and more sustainable at the same time. The breakfast allowed great interactions between participants in a friendly atmosphere, with delicious fresh fruits, juices and pastries. Great talks from the invited speakers, and good job done by the moderators!
Event if the time flied there, it was an impressive fair and an important opportunity for us to see the last trends in food industry. Looking forward to participating in the next one which will take place in Frankfurt next year!
