Last week we attend the 19th “Journées Européenes de Dermocosmetologie”. This year symposium was about “Intercellular exchanges in cutaneous tissues: which prospects in dermocosmetology for fragile skins ?” and we were very impressed by the top tier works we have seen there! We have met academics and industrials who are working on the comprehension of the skin physiology, and developed innovative skin models. 3D bioprinting was one of the main topics: we attended great presentations, especially by Dr Marquette from 3D. Fab (CNRS, Lyon) who presented their last work on full skin reconstruction. We fully recommend you to participate in the next JED, and hope to meet you there to discuss about innovative models for dermocosmetics studies !
