As you should know, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is now a reality and every companies in Europe has to be “compliant” with it.

Of course we’re updating our privacy policy (soon) but, in HCS Pharma, the respect of your data is at the heart of communication! We use it fairly, with your consent and of course you can withdraw it at any time and unsubscribe easily. We keep your data safe and secure, of course, but we have to trust our mailing services (Mailchimp and Mailjet) to act as secure as possible. We keep your data for our own use, for 3 years maximum (or more if you want) and we never send it to a third party. We will never ask you more sensitive personal data than your email!
