We have the pleasure to introduce to you Michelle Haddad, our new CIFRE PhD student, who will work with us and PETALES laboratory (Procédés Et Transformations Alimentaires et Effets sur la Santé, Transformations & Agroressources, ULR 7519, UniLasalle Beauvais) to develop an in vitro intestinal model including microbiota actors.

We are delighted to work with PETALES team on this project, and in particular Pauline Anton and Nicolas Barbezier who will supervise Michelle during her PhD. We would like to thank ANRT for financing this CIFRE grant!

Michelle has begun her PhD thesis with us and UniLasalle Beauvais. Picture taken on her first (sunny) day!

She has a Master’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Paris Descartes University (Member of Sorbonne Paris Cité). After obtaining her diploma, she worked for 3.5 years as a clinical research referent in the Clinical Research Department of La Pitié Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris.
